Use of Signaloom

By using Signaloom, you agree to use it as a private human signal protocol, not as a place for spam, harassment, manipulation, self-promotion, personal exposure, illegal activity or harmful content.

No public profile or feed

Signaloom is not designed as a social network. There are no public profiles, follower mechanics, public likes, public comments or public applause. The value of the product is private usefulness, not public performance.

User-submitted Signals

You are responsible for what you submit. A Signal should be original, useful, non-identifying and safe. Signaloom may reject, archive, limit or remove content that is low-quality, unsafe, abusive, commercial, identifying, manipulative, misleading or outside the purpose of the protocol.

Moderation and access control

New Signals may enter a private review queue before distribution. Signaloom may moderate, reject, archive, suspend, limit or remove access when needed to protect quality, privacy, safety, payments, abuse prevention and the usefulness of the protocol.

Paid memberships

Signaloom may offer paid access plans, including Signaloom Life at 4.99 EUR per month and Founder Pass at 49 EUR per year. These prices may change for future customers, but any price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that checkout session.

Recurring billing

Paid memberships may renew automatically until cancelled. Signaloom Life is billed monthly. Founder Pass is billed yearly. By starting a paid membership, you authorize the payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the plan, renewal period, taxes if applicable and any valid discounts applied at checkout.

Checkout and promotional codes

Signaloom uses Stripe to process payments securely. Promotional codes, including codes such as EARLY15, may be offered for limited periods, limited plans, limited users or limited redemption counts. A promotional code is valid only when accepted by Stripe checkout.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a paid membership by contacting Signaloom at contact@dlkt.ee. If a self-service billing portal becomes available, you may also use it to manage or cancel your subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Refund policy

Digital access is generally non-refundable once a paid membership has started, except where required by law or where Signaloom decides, at its discretion, that a refund is appropriate. Refund requests must be sent to contact@dlkt.ee with the email used for checkout and a clear description of the issue.

No professional advice

Signaloom does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, therapeutic or emergency advice. Signals are human reflections and should not be treated as professional instructions, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice or emergency support.

No guaranteed outcome

Signaloom does not promise emotional, financial, professional, relational or personal results. The product is designed to route useful human Signals, but the meaning, timing and usefulness of a Signal may vary from person to person.

Availability and product changes

Signaloom is provided as an evolving product. The service may change, pause, improve, remove features, add features, limit features or become temporarily unavailable as the protocol develops.
