This page supports Signaloom Life, Founder Pass, Stripe checkout, promotional codes, cancellation requests, refund review requests and billing support. Contact contact@dlkt.ee and include the email used at checkout.

Stripe checkout and payment support

Signaloom uses Stripe for secure payment processing. For failed payment, duplicate payment, payment confirmation, promotional code or billing access issues, contact contact@dlkt.ee.

Cancellation and refund requests

To request cancellation or a refund review, contact contact@dlkt.ee. Include the checkout email, the plan name and the reason for the request. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Moderation requests

If a Signal contains identifying, unsafe or inappropriate material, contact Signaloom with a clear description of the issue. Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is strictly necessary to identify the request.

Privacy and removal requests

For privacy, deletion or removal requests, contact contact@dlkt.ee with enough information for Signaloom to understand the request, without sending unnecessary sensitive personal data.
